Her: it wasn't really a heart attack, that he was given a certain medication that lead to heart failure.
Me: i heard it was overdose of anesthesia?

Fastfood days are over
Intro: Fastfood is not an option for me as of the moment. I would rather walk across the office and order stuffed squid and adobo rice in a jiff .... and that is because of Yakiboori Foodhouse.
Just like what i said, its right across the office almost like Unitel's second pantry. They dont really offer spectacular tasting food at Yaki (that's how we call it) just very simple meals that cost a little more than Fast food. Now, we consume Real food as compare to our pre yakiboori days that drench our system with an all "fried" days lifestyle. Our meal on a regular basis would consist of Jade rice- that is stir fried rice with parsley and celery and shrimps enveloped in pandan aroma, Grilled Stuffed squid, buttered shrimps , beef and broccoli and scrambled eggs..plus unlimitted sinigang or bulalo soup refil, not to mention thier intricate plating (they add slices of singkamas and carrots in every ulam you order!) and well rounded service (c/o of bhell) I think this is way better than any fastfood promo.
And did you know that Robin Padilla will endorse Yakiiboori?? yes, it will now be called Yakiboordado. (of course its a joke)
Speaking of Fast food, ironic because we are working for some major Fast food tv show. Check out the site. its very jolly!

Unlike the LV kanye west kicks which i wont be able to buy.. This Vans X captain series is not the usual skater look. In fact it is a mid-cut boat shoe nautical and court low to suit the surf set. I was glued on tv and the internet yesterday when i heard of Micheal Jackson's death. Initially, my reaction was shock and disbelief. I thought of some major Hollywood fabrication. But it was for real. I'm not an avid fan but for me hes probably the most influential celebrity /entertainer for a period of time ever since i can remember (because were not Elvis or Beatles generation). I'm pretty sure, there's an MJ fan in every one of us once in our lifetime. Hes a great loss.
Meanwhile, My nephew and niece, obviously were too young to know Micheal Jackson.and so here are their remarks.

Previously,
Friday was major carbo loading, we cooked aligue pasta and drank wine in the office pantry. Fran, Sir ike and Nolan ( all from ER) joined the rest of us. We were armed with some seriously heart stopping aligue from Razon's. But the noodles got quite soggy because we cooked it over the microwave. Fortunatelly, buttery toasts we're found in the microwave and Hollywood's toddlers fave --cheetos were in to fill and made our dinner a sure winner.
Very late that night, Milds and Van called to inform that they were only 3 at Maricel Yap's house warming at Rada. So we wrapped up and were off to Rada Regency with Raks. Shobe the Dragon lady of Malabon came too! twas a blast, she was literally the light of the party, and in the middle of us watching and listening closely as she narattes her literally never ending whinning and stories of not being able to move on over a guy and other "tomboy" stories.
Today,
I'm happy to be finally spending time at home this Sunday, I'm thinking of coming in the office tonight, but hayden(gara), maricar(rax) and katrina(kateng) unanimously canceled because hello?? its freaking Sunday night. Gimme a break jollibee! So i was slepping every 2 hours interval, my way of getting back all my sleepless jolly nights.
Its fathers day. I always thought that dinner after Church was always excting because we get to try a lot of new places and new things to look up in the menu. But now its about being able to dine with your family and just being happy (because the crispy pata is near me)
